The user must have a connection setup with Lyftron so they can connect Ubiq with Lyftron using Sql server driver
Establishing a Connection
Establishing a Connection with Lyftron to a Data Tool by following the 2 easy steps show below:
Step1. Choose Sql Server Driver 2012 and above
Lyftron can connect to any data tool using a Sql server driver with Version 2012 and above
Step2. Create Sql server connection to Lyftron environment
Lyftron listens to incoming connections at the server name and port: Refer below table for details

Connecting Ubiq to Lyftron
Step 1: Open Ubiq and select Microsoft SQL Server
If you have not started the Ubiq analytics yet, open it. Under the "select your Data source type" section, please select the MSSQL (SQL Server) option.
A new dialog opens.
Step 2: Select your database location
Select Local/Remote database
Step 3: Select setup type
Select Direct connection
Step 4: Create first project
Enter the project name and Enter the Dasshboard title
Step 5: Enter server name taken from Lyftron Dashboard
Into a "Server" textbox enter the Lyftron server name and "Port" textbox enter the Lyftron port number, "username" textbox enter the Lyftron username , "password" textbox enter the Lyftron password, and, "Database" textbox enter the Lyftron database name
Click "Next."
Step 6: Choose desired table or custom query
Select Datasource, write a query and Run Query
Step 5: Start building your reports
